The rooms are not spacious and lack brightness as the windows cannot be opened, falling short of expectations. I had paid directly at the property without prior booking. I hope for a better room on my upcoming stay with Orbett on 7th April 2018.

Upon checking in, I found the rooms to be full of dust, which didn't meet our expectations for my upcoming stay. However, the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is a definite plus point despite some minor issues, and the dining experience varied in quality. Overall, there are some aspects that need improvement for a better stay.
